It took 267 games but Chicago Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews, 22, scored his 100th goal on Sunday.

It was ultimately an useless goal which extended the Hawks lead to 3 in a 6-3 victory over the Nashville Predators. The goal was his 228th point of his career.

Toews had a pretty impressive 2010 being named the most valueable forward in the Olympics on his way to helping lead Team Canada to the gold medal as well as helping the Hawks win their fourth Stanley Cup, their first in 49 years. He is also the youngest captain to ever win the Conn Smyth trophy but second youngest player ever to win the award.
