The Bruins and Blackhawks are spoiling hockey fans around the world. After 20 minutes the Hawks lead 1-0 on a Patrick Kane goal.

For Kane it is his eighth of the playoffs. The goal came off a rebound that Tuukka Rask couldn't handle and Kane slipped it around the post and in. Johnny Oduya and Jonathan Toews assisted on the goal.

Actually if it wasn't for Rask, the Bruins might trail 3-0. Patrick Sharp had two great chances,  the first he failed to elevate the shot over a Bruins stick and the second on a great save by Rask.

Boston outshot Chicago 11 to 8 and out hit them 23 to 9, which is about par for the course. There were numerous hard hits on both sides and most included the top players for each team.

Chara delivered an elbow to Toews as well as giving a few shots on Bryan Bickell. Lucic also slammed Bickell into the glass about half way through the period. While Bickell was on the receiving end, he also dished it out taking a few shots on Chara and seems to be doing Andrew Shaw's job for the night.

Lucic actually went after Bickell after one of the shots and looked like he was ready to drop the gloves. Towards the end of the period Boycuk and Sharp nearly did drop the gloves before the refs broke it up. Both received roughing penalties and we saw 4 on 4 hockey to end the period.

Emotions are running high as both teams know  after tonight they might be only one game away from ending their season on a sour note.

We have at least 40 minutes to go here in Game 5 but as this series as shown we might get a lot more than that.
